How fast can you get out for an estimate?
Most weeks we have a measure date inside 2–4 days. During the spring rush we'll sometimes pull it together same-day. Send us the basics and we'll lock a time.
What's a typical price range?
Fence installs run $5,000–$12,000 for most residential yards depending on material and linear footage. LVP whole-home installs land around $4–$8 per square foot installed. We write a line-item quote on-site so you see exactly where the money goes.
Do you pull permits?
Permit rules vary town to town. We check the requirement for your address before we dig and walk you through what's needed. For most fence installs in Gloucester and Camden counties, we handle the permit paperwork as part of the job.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured in New Jersey. We provide our license and insurance details on every estimate.
How long does the install take?
Most residential fence jobs (150–250 linear feet) are one to two days once material arrives. LVP and carpet install rooms run a day; whole-home flooring runs 2–4 days. We give you a real date that holds.
Do you remove the old fence or old flooring?
Yes. Removal, debris haul-off, and dump fees are line-itemed in the quote so there are no surprises.
Do I have to move my own furniture?
No — we move furniture as part of the flooring install. Take small breakables and electronics with you, and we handle the rest.
What towns do you serve?
